In some cases short-term projects, software testing, product evaluation, events and training courses can overrun, be cut short or even cancelled. Our flexible IT rental contracts allow you to react instantly, so you always have the right amount of IT and AV equipment.

Unlike many hire companies, Hamilton Rentals does not assume you wish to extend your IT rental automatically, we will contact you before your contract expires to discuss your options.

End of rental options include:

  • Rental extension
  • Purchase
  • Return all the hardware
  • Partially return all the hardware and extend the remainder
  • Upgrade or increase the number of units on rental

Generally, IT rental extensions are offered on a reducing rate basis. When you need to extend your rental, the new rate will reflect the longer total hire period.
