International IT Rental Delivery and Collection
At Hamilton Rentals we pride ourselves on our friendly attentive service and fast response times
We make sure we understand your needs and endeavour to work with you to your timescales. Once you have placed your order, our commitment to you is to deliver in the timescales we have agreed upon.
We do make a charge for delivery and the price you are quoted will include collection at the end of the rental period. The different delivery options we provide are:
- Pre-9am - delivery any time from 7.30am to 9am
- Pre-10.30am- delivery any time from 7.30am to 10.30am
- Pre-12 - delivery any time from 7.30am to 12
- Standard next day - delivery any time from 7.30am to 6pm
- Timed - any time chosen by you: early morning, throughout the night or whenever suits you
Vehicle tracking means we can quickly identify how far away the delivery driver is from the address or location
Delivery is normally to the reception area, goods in or security at your site. Our carriers will not normally deliver to a specific room or building unless an installation service is being provided. Please advise us if there are any unusual delivery conditions, as well as contact names, telephone and mobile numbers.
Most of our customers prefer to keep their contract open ended, so we do not automatically collect at the end of the rental period.
When we have received your collection details we will register them on our systems and issue a goods returns number (GRN) for your reference.
If you are certain that your rental is not required after the initial period, you may arrange collection at the same time you place your order. However, if you do so and a carrier is turned away, we reserve the right to charge for the aborted collection and for another rental period.
