IT Support and Hardware Maintenance
Every IT rental is covered by hardware support as standard and in addition we can also provide support packages for your existing IT and AV infrastructure.
All of our equipment is pre-tested prior to shipping to help ensure reliabilty. In the unlikey event that your rental hardware should develop a fault simply contact us.
The Support Process
- One of our accredited engineers will provide initial telephone support to either rectify the problem or propose a solution
- Replacement swapout hardware will be shipped on a same day or next day delivery if required
- Faulty IT hardware will be collected at your convienence
- Engineers provided for onsite maintenance if required
Whether you just need telephone assistance or engineers onsite our technical staff are available to help during any number of occasions e.g. Exhibitions & Trade shows, Presentations & AGM’s and Training Courses.
All IT Rental equipment provided by Hamilton Rentals is fully supported for the duration of the contract, including any rental extensions. The standard level of support provided is business hours, 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
We can arrange 24x7 Support within a matter of hours and can provide engineers for installation and onsite support for the duration of your rental.
