At Hamilton we pride ourselves in our response times
Whether for a quotation or delivery, we make sure we understand your needs and endeavour to meet your timescales. Once you have placed your order, our commitment to you is, to deliver in the timescales we have agreed with you.
We do make a charge for delivery and the price you are quoted will include collection at the end of the rental period.
Delivery is normally to the reception area or security at your site. Our carriers will not normally deliver to a specific room or building unless an Installation service is being provided. Please advise us if there are any unusual delivery conditions, as well as contact names, telephone and mobile numbers.
Most of our customers prefer to keep their contract open ended, so we do not automatically collect at the end of the rental period.
Hamilton Rentals will contact you before the rental is due to expire to see whether you wish to Extend, Purchase or Return the equipment. When we have received your collection details we will register them on our systems and issue a Returns number for your reference.
If you are certain that your rental is not required after the initial period, you may arrange collection at the same time you place your order. However, if you do so and a carrier is turned away, we reserve the right to charge for the aborted collection and for another rental period.
